Tiny Tots

Aimed at children aged 3 – 4 this class is an imaginative syllabus, that gently introduces children to the basics of ballet encouraging balance, good posture, musicality and fun.

Imperial Classical ballet grades 1-6

The ISTD syllabus is designed to progress children naturally from one grade to the next. Half the lessons consist of ISTD set work, the other half being free work which aims to stimulate the brain and help in remembering choreography. This benefits students greatly when they attend auditions as they are quick to pick up new work.
All ISTD examinations are a recognised qualification and can be used for UCAS points.

Intermediate foundation

A vocational exam for only the higher standard senior students.

Lyrical/ technique training

This class is for senior students of a high standard and is invitation only.
The focus is on fitness, strength, core work, point work, flexibility training and turns. Contemporary lyrical ballet routines are taught to modern music.

Tap

The ISTD syllabus is lightly followed, with predominantly free style tap routines for fun.
This is not an examination class.

Street / musical theatre

Fast moving routines using modern pop music, old school music with musical theatre added for performance in the academy annual show.
